The palate, colors, aromas and sounds play roles in each dish, as do sweet and bitter, discovery, joy and emotion.
The local area is closely linked to the restaurant’s menu, which offers excellence through the selection of ingredients from illustrious local firms, with a preference for local produce where possible. The fish is always fresh, carefully selected each morning from the day’s catch. It is also good to see Campania represented on the wine list by significant local vintages, accompanied by a fine selection of Italian, French and German wines.
